Puri is a deep fried Indian bread usually served for breakfast with chickpea  curry or spicy partly mashed potato. The main ingredients is wheat flour.

Samosa is also a fried snack with spicy vegetarian fillings (potatoes, peas, onions etc) or filled with minced meat (chicken, beef  or lamb).
